After an unfortunate crash involving my 2025 Tesla Model Y, I was lucky to be referred to A&C Collision Company, which happened to be the closest Tesla-certified shop to the accident site. From the very first moment, Chris, who was in charge, made an incredibly stressful situation feel manageable, honest, and even reassuring.
Chris is one of those rare people who instantly earns your trust. He was warm, transparent, and genuinely caring — not just about the car, but about me as the customer going through a difficult experience. He personally helped coordinate and communicate with my insurance company, saving me countless hours and a great deal of stress.
The repair took about 21 days, and the quality of the work was excellent. But what truly sets A&C (and Chris) apart happened afterward.
When I noticed the car was slightly drifting while driving, Chris did something I will never forget:
He drove 20 miles to my workplace, took my Tesla himself to a tire alignment shop, had it corrected, and then drove another 20 miles back to return the car to me — all so I wouldn’t be inconvenienced or worried.
That level of service is almost unheard of today. This was not just good customer service — it was genuine integrity, kindness, and pride in one’s work.
